I recently had the pleasure of staying for an amazing girls’ weekend, and I can’t say enough about how fantastic the entire experience was. We had such a great time, and it wouldn’t have been the same without the incredible hospitality of Shaq and Jay. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and comfortable. Their kindness, attention to detail, and willingness to make our stay unforgettable truly made all the difference. Whether it was recommending the best local spots, helping with anything we needed, or just being genuinely warm and thoughtful, they were the perfect hosts. A huge shoutout to both Shaq and Jay for making this weekend so special. Their generosity and hospitality really added that extra touch, and I can’t thank them enough!

I have stayed in travelodge different locations and this is my second time in this particular location and this is my first time complaining. Environment and hotel in general clean and staff are respectful and friendly. My first experience there was great and this one as well excerpt some few but critical issues : I booked a family room and a standard room as I came with my wife and kids. For the standard room the teaspoons were horrible. It’s hard a very thick stuffy things stuck on it maybe as a result of using a dish washer and unfortunately it was both of them. I only noticed I after discovering this on the unused on then I checked the one I used for my hot chocolate and it had the same, implying I have already been exposed to this . I wonder why this wasn’t checked. I left them on the bathroom especially with the unused spoon thinking the stuff will notice this and avoid this, the next day one had the same debris on one of them. The toilet tissue had two already used tissue and I used one and with the other one almost used, unfortunately although I put the replenishment door hug label on the door only the towels and tea stuff were replaced Bathroom soup was like water with a bit of foam which was the usual and the next day it was completely out and was not filled. I was lucky to have a soup I’m in my travel bag. The sale tissue soap issue in the family room. Staff need to check this daily and ensure they are not topping up with water instead of soaps

A really nice warm welcome from Tatiana and Amir. Really friendly and helpful, and resolved our issues. Nothing was too big or small for them, and it was nice to see a friendly face when we came back to stay again. This is definitely our number 1 hotel to stay at when we come into London. Thank you so much

I recently stayed at the Travelodge in Beckton for three days while my house was being painted, and I had an exceptional experience. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing a perfect retreat during a busy time. What truly stood out, however, was the excellent service I received from the receptionist, Renata Caldeira. From the moment I checked in, she went above and beyond to ensure my stay was as comfortable and stress free as possible. Her professionalism, warm demeanor, and willingness to assist with any queries or requests made a lasting impression. Renata is a credit to the hotel. I highly recommend this Travelodge for its convenience, cleanliness, and the unparalleled hospitality of its staff. My stay was a pleasant one, and I’ll definitely consider returning if I need accommodation in the area again.

Upon arrival, Shaquille-the receptionist was pleasant, and professional, which made checking in smooth. His singular act of helping me with my luggage lifted my spirit high. And I'll always recommend people visiting London to go stay there. A together, the staffs are warm.

It is a wonderful place to spend with your family. Very neat, serene, proximity to a major road and person centered services. The staff , efficient and courteous. My kids loves the place and we will most certainly be back.

If i could put 0 stars,i would.Paying for parking and WIFI is mind blowing,the service wasn’t up to par for the price.I wasn’t able to get room service and have the room cleaned which is highly disappointing.Won’t be returning.

Area was appalling biggest fly tip dump I have seen opposite room was poor had a sink that would not drain despite reporting it sink wasn't fixed hit and miss with staff and breakfast was very poor

I recently stayed at the Travelodge London Beckton hotel with a friend and want to commend Renata, the receptionist, for her outstanding service. From the moment we arrived, she was professional, warm, and attentive. Renata greeted us with a smile and made the check-in process seamless. She provided all the necessary information and genuinely cared about our comfort. Throughout our visit, she went above and beyond to assist with any requests, offering helpful solutions and local recommendations that enhanced our stay. Even during busy times, Renata’s composure and positive attitude stood out. Her dedication to excellent customer service is a credit to the Travelodge team. Extremely dissatisfied with their service. No toothpaste and brush. Not even drinking water, which was pretty annoying. Had to go to the main town early in the morning to buy the basic stuff. AC was always getting reset to 23 degrees even after setting it to our requirement. Body wash liquid was highly diluted. The worst cheapness they did was in providing just a quarter of toilet tissue for 3 of us. We were struggling to meet our basic needs after paying nearly 80£. Will not recommend this place at all.

Very pathetic service and deals.It was two days booking second day asked for clear out the waste and rubbish said this room is not available in the list by an attender.Not worthy for money..No hospitality at all.If you call reception they are asking to come down and talk.Wifi free for 30mnts there after chargeble.Even if you want to smile you need to pay…

Nobody books Travelodge to be wowed, but even by that low bar this one is sub-par. Parking app doesn’t work. Corridor lights don’t work. Air con/heater too noisy to leave on. There are other options in the immediate vicinity; don’t make my mistake, pick those!

Location was handy for M11 but nearest DLR was a dual carriageway away. So Uber needed - not a prob but if you are in a tighter budget may need consideration.

Air cons dont work in this hotel and more over you can not open windows , no ventilation , aircon panel locked not able to change, real feel of suffocation and miracle to survive in hotel , room stincks , defenitely not reccomend.

Standard rooms, and nothing wrong with the service. Location-wise, avoid if you’re travelling by public transport. It’s only suitable for driving too.
